The Canarin is a striking modern pile-dwelling located in Polesine, Porto Tolle.
The name is a tribute to the small canaries that emerge from the water.
Much more than a restaurant, The project was born out of Gino and Piero's dream to cater breakfasts for the fishermen who daily populate the lagoon of the Canarin's pocket in search of clams, and has since expanded its offerings to lunches and dinners.
The secret is that the products are fresh and wholesome, the fruit of the local area, and are cooked respecting homemade traditions.
In an unspoiled wilderness where peace reigns supreme, colorful boats moored around are ready to take you on unforgettable outings, with wonderful sunsets, to savor tasty cuisine and experience timeless excitement.
