Ring of the Maiden

The approximately 60-km-long route offers a varied landscape. From Ca' Tiepolo we skirt the embankment of the Po di Venezia, skimming past Tolle to Barricata where we can admire the naturalness of our beaches. Then we reach Sacca degli Scardovari, which excites at every hour of the day, with plays of colors that give unique sensations.

Pedaling along, one cannot fail to notice the characteristic "cavane," typical boxes, where fishermen work mussels and clams. Along the route you can also find fields of lavender, sunflowers and rice fields, which color the countryside according to the seasons. Arriving in Santa Giulia you can see the characteristic pontoon bridge that connects Porto Tolle to Ariano, and continuing along the Po di "Gnocca" you return to Ca' Tiepolo.
